Thanks for pointing out that problem.  It appears that Amazon has a roughly 32,528 character limit for the length of reviews.  I briefly considered splitting my full review into 2 or 3 partial reviews for Amazon to work around the 32,528 character limit, but that would have adversely affected the average rating assigned to the book.
